Commitment
testandgo is committed to ensuring accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. Our healthcare kiosks are designed and developed to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and applicable Section 508 requirements. We are dedicated to providing inclusive, user-friendly access to healthcare services.

Scope


This statement applies to testandgo kiosks and related proprietary kiosk applications.

Accessibility Features

  • ADA-Compliant Hardware: Kiosk dispense bins meet ADA height and reach requirements with a low-resistance door for ease of use by individuals with limited mobility or wheelchair users.

  • Assistive Technology Integration: Kiosks support tactile and auditory navigation through the Storm Interface AudioNav EF device and JAWS for Kiosk screen reader.

  • Tactile Braille Labels: Key kiosk areas include Braille labels to support users who rely on tactile reading (in progress).

  • Accessible User Interface: Software incorporates accessible fonts, sizing, and contrast in accordance with WCAG 2.1 best practices.

Continuous Improvement
We conduct regular accessibility audits and user testing to ensure our kiosks meet evolving accessibility standards. Feedback from users and stakeholders is actively reviewed and used to guide future improvements.
